The three founders of Hopewell first met in the idyllic bubble of a midwestern college town. That summer, they set out on a grand adventure across the American West. Studded along their journey were numerous craft breweries, names that they'd gotten to know well. Now, two of them are married (to each other!) and the other was the best man. They're finally reunited in Chicago, and they are making the beer that they want to drink. Unpretentious, fresh, good beer.
